They were helpful in assisting a change in my order and ensured I wasn't charged... I tried a couple of places to buy contacts before I found i-contacts.co.nz but the others, while saying they are NZ based, don't have stock here so you end up waiting weeks. With i-contacts.co.nz my... I ordered my contacts late one night, about 2am ish, and they turned up on my doorstep around 7am !!! That is just awesome !!!
