Having run out of contact lenses as I was waiting for over a month for Specsavers NZ to dispatch my order from Australia! I jumped online and found i-contacts, ordered my lenses and had them in a couple of days! I will now be ordering my lenses from here in future.
I’m very pleased that this is an NZ company so they dispatch from NZ. Fantastic service and zero hassle. No waiting for overseas dispatch. Please consider these guys for your next contact lenses order, they are fast and efficient and best of all, they’re Auckland based.

It is also great that if a product you order is likely to have manufacturer delays or stocking issues an email is sent so you can avoid this and get what you need earlier! I ordered my contact lenses in the evening and immediately received a prompt email from the team advising me that they had ordered my contacts from the supplier but that there might be a delay.
To tide me over, they generously gave me a pack of trial lenses (which I ended up enjoying more than the ones that I usually order).

I’ve been getting my lenses from I-Contacts for many years, and more recently encouraged my wife to see if they could supply daily Toric lenses - which they do. I-Contacts also offer a lens case recycling service in their store which is great.

Our kids seem to wait till the last moment to tell us they're running out of stuff like prescription medicine and contact lenses. This time it was the boy. Due to various supply chain issues, his usual brand of toric lenses was impossible to obtain in time. However, Paula didn't give up and pulled out all the stops to find equivalent lenses from other manufacturers in order to tide him over until the usual ones arrived!

After dealing with other large contact lens suppliers over the years who often failed to deliver on their promises and didn’t care in the least, I can highly recommend I-contacts.
