 1 Day Acuvue Discontinued The 1 Day Acuvue contact lens by Johnson and Johnson has been discontinued as of 31st Dec 2008. Johnson and Johnson recommend wearers of the older 1 Day Acuvue switch to the newer 1 Day Acuvue Moist lens. The 1 Day Acuvue Moist has the same parameters as the original 1 Day Acuvue, but is made of an improved lens material for better comfort. The 1 Day Acuvue Moist comes in both 30 and 90 packs.
