When will my order be ready to collect?
Some contact lenses and products are not held in stock and may need to be ordered from the supplier.
After placing your order, please wait until we email you to confirm that it is ready before visiting Highbury Optometrists.
How do I select store collection?
Select the store collection option during checkout. Collection details will also be included with your order information.
Can I pay when collecting my order?
Yes. You can pay by EFTPOS or cash when collecting your order.
During checkout, select store collection as the delivery method and bank deposit as the payment method. Add a note to your order confirming that you wish to pay when collecting.
You can also pay online when placing your order.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Please contact us or add a note to your order with the name of the person collecting it. They may be asked to confirm your name or order details.
