Well I due for new contact lens,tired of having to book appointments with eye professionals just to reorder contacts,I got recommended "iContacts" !! I can't recommend I-Contacts enough. Their prices are very competitive and they deliver a prompt and helpful service. I had to return some lenses recently as my prescription had changed and although it was way outside the exchange period, they happily exchanged them, no questions asked and no postage or handling fee. Well done I-Contacts.

I highly recommend this website. The service is excellent with any questions answered almost immediately. The prices are good with excellent specials. The delivery is very quick and if for any reason there is a delay I have been notified.

i-contacts, simply the best! Have been using this Co for around 4 years, and talk about customer service. I needed contact lenses urgently for my son who was in training at the Royal NZ in Devonport and I ordered online. The lenses arrived promptly as expected and Tony was very helpful and patient in helping out with the fastest way to get the lenses ordered and delivered. I am usually apprehensive of online vouchers through GrabOne/GroupOn. The service is usually "crappy" (pardon the French) and real slow. I was kinda wary about getting a similar deal for i-contacts as well, but I just went for it.
And guess what? The service is amazing. First of all, the website was real easy to use - no confusion, no hassles. A couple of clicks and the order goes through. Perfect! I placed the order on a Monday and voila! The order comes through Wednesday evening (in contrast, I was expecting a 2-month delivery period due to terrible experiences in the past with other websites).
And finally, had an online chat with Tony, and once again, he was really helpful.
You don't get a lot of great customer service these days, but it is nice to see a shining exception with i-contacts. You have made a loyal customer out of me. :)

Just before Christmas I was attending a wedding as bridesmaid - I had left my contacts order to the very last minute and couldn't wear red glasses with a blue bridesmaids dress. i-contacts came to the rescue with a pair of trial lenses and my order arrived just in time for the wedding! The lady that I spoke with was extremely helpful and I will definitely recommend i-contacts to everyone I know. Thanks again :)

Just bought lenses online for the first time and had a great experience.took away any worries that i had about buying online and not from the optometrist. ordered about 11am in the morning and the lenses were at my house by that evening. i had been looking around for a while for a good reputable looking place to buy from locally that would get me my lenses quickly and allow me to resolve things locally as well if there were any issues (as opposed to dealing with others overseas). I've found that some of the other places look a bit flashier but aren't nz companies and the customer service is overseas and also items take a little longer as they have to clear customs etc. buying from an nz company was a real bonus for me. if you're thinking of buying from a nz company and you want something cheap, quick and hassle free, i would highly recommend these guys. will definitely be ordering from them again in future. thanks team! great service.

I am new to wearing contacts and was quoted an extraordinary amount for contacts from my optometrist so thought i would do some research. I found i-contacts through a face book ad and looked them up, the prices were about 60 percent cheaper than my quote so i ordered and the next day they arrived! Having always purchased my lenses through an optometrist I was extremely surprised at the savings that I made through i-contacts! The order process was simple, and my contacts arrived the following day with no mucking around. I received regular emails updating me on the status of my order, so I was always 'in the loop'. i-contacts offer a fantastic service, one that I have recommended to friends!
