I have been purchasing my contact lens from this company for several years now. They are so easy to deal with. My orders are all done on-line and delivery is swift. Any problems and they contact me personally. The service is amazing. I would not consider going anywhere else for my optical needs.

After dealing with other large contact lens suppliers over the years who often failed to deliver on their promises and didn’t care in the least, I can highly recommend I-contacts.
Always fast friendly service, so much quicker than the offshore companies, and when there has been supply chain issues they’ve jumped through hoops to find a solution.

I am very happy with the service I get from i-contacts. It is super easy to order my contacts when needed along with any solutions etc. The price is always competitive with any other online options and they usually turn up in a day or two from ordering despite having a higher spec contact. I have tried them all and i-contacts.co.nz are the best lens suppliers in NZ. They ship very quickly, I usually get my order within a day or 2. I’ve done loads of orders with them now and they have never let me down. Their customer service is really onto it too.

I tried a couple of places to buy contacts before I found i-contacts.co.nz but the others, while saying they are NZ based, don't have stock here so you end up waiting weeks. With i-contacts.co.nz my orders arrive well within a week every time. Thanks i-contacts!
