Excellent service and fast delivery. I ordered contact lenses during the lock-down, which due to my prescription always need to be ordered in from overseas. Tony ensured a quick delivery by getting them directly shipped to me from AUS. Arrived a lot faster than expected. Also received a very prompt and detailed reply when emailing in a few questions prior to ordering from i-contacts whereas competitors took days and days to reply (if they did at all).

I have been using i-contacts for my lenses for some years now. Recently during lock-down I ran very low on lenses. I sent through my order and it was dispatched in the usual very timely manner. I realised after I had sent the order that I had omitted to advise my new address, I contacted i-contacts immediately and the correct address was updated by the team. Thank you for the great service.

After shopping around for a few years, I have stuck with i-contacts for almost 2 years. Their contact lens prices are consistently lower than other online providers. Their quick delivery and communication around orders is excellent. What makes i-contacts stand out from the crowd is their offer to recycle used lenses and cases.

This is my 2nd order. First time, I urgently needed contacts for a family function that weekend! But my specific lenses took 2 weeks delivery. They offered a free temp pair in the meantime, pickup from their office. From then on, they became my go-to. Excellent service that goes the extra mile. Love these guys!

I can highly recommend I-contacts for great service & prompt delivery! When I found out that the lenses I ordered were discontinued by the supplier, admin person got back to me promptly with alternative options with pricing and refund options. The customer service I received was excellent!

During the recent disrupt by the company supplying my prescription to I-contacts... there was quite a long time to supply... I-contacts did everything to make sure I had contacts till they could complete my order... the service was amazing they kept me going with sample lenses... keeping me informed about my order... a great caring company with great prices too... thanks guys!!!!

I tried this company as the company I had been using never seemed to have my lenses and last time I had to buy different more expensive ones that didn’t suit my eyes.
This company however have been perfect for 2 orders in a row and I’m sticking with them now.
Also very pleased to be able to send back the packaging for recycling.
