July 2019 ALCON supply issues

Alcon NZ and Alcon AUSTRALIA are about to undergo a systems upgrade which will result in a total shutdown from 18th July to 5th Aug 2019.

During this time it will not be possible for us to re-stock or order specialty ALCON products such as astigmatism or multifocal lenses. Stocks of other ALCON products may run out.

This shut down affects all of NZ and AUS so it is likely that you will have difficulty ordering these products elsewhere too, not just from us.

We are sorry for this inconvenience but it is unfortunately a decision from the manufacturer and beyond our control.
