I am usually apprehensive of online vouchers through GrabOne/GroupOn. The service is usually "crappy" (pardon the French) and real slow. I was kinda wary about getting a similar deal for i-contacts as well, but I just went for it.

And guess what? The service is amazing. First of all, the website was real easy to use - no confusion, no hassles. A couple of clicks and the order goes through. Perfect! I placed the order on a Monday and voila! The order comes through Wednesday evening (in contrast, I was expecting a 2-month delivery period due to terrible experiences in the past with other websites).

And finally, had an online chat with Tony, and once again, he was really helpful.

You don't get a lot of great customer service these days, but it is nice to see a shining exception with i-contacts. You have made a loyal customer out of me. :)
