i-contacts accepts the following payment methods for your contact lens order. We recommend using credit card for faster processing of your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit card payments online.
Payments are managed securely using a well-known payment gateway Windcave in conjunction with Westpac bank.
If your credit card payment has failed, please contact your bank for more information. It may be that your bank has placed restrictions on your card such as daily spending limits or limits on internet purchases.
You are welcome to make payment direct to our bank account. If selecting this option, our bank details are below and will also be emailed to you when you place your order. Bank deposits can delay your order as payments can take a few days to transfer into our account.

EFTPOS and cash payments
If you collect your contact lens order in person, it is possible to pay using EFTPOS or cash. Contact lenses can be collected from Highbury Optometrists in Birkenhead, Auckland. If you want to pay on collection, select 'collect in store' for delivery option and use payment option of 'bank deposit' and add a note on the order to confirm that you want to pay on collection.
