Payment methods i-contacts
i-contacts accepts different payment types of payment for contact lens online orders. We recommend using credit card for faster processing of your contact lens order.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards.
Payments are managed securely using a well known payment gateway Windcave in conjunction with Westpac bank.
Failed credit card payments
If your payment has failed, you are welcome to let us know, but we cannot provide information as to why payments fail. For this you would need to contact your bank. It may that your bank has placed restrictions on your card such as daily spending limits or limits on internet purchases.
You are welcome to make payment direct to our bank account. If selecting this option bank details are below and will also be emailed to you. Please note that bank payments can delay your order as payments can take in some cases a few days to be seen in our account.

EFTPOS and Cash payments
It is possible to pay using EFTPOS or cash when collecting contact lenses in person. Contact lenses can be collected from Highbury Optometrists. If you want to pay on collection, select "collect in store" for delivery option and use payment option of "bank deposit" but be sure to add a note on the order or let us know that you want to pay on collection.
