Shipping

  1. When will your order arrive?

    Please look at the estimated delivery times listed on each individual product page.

    If the contact lenses or contact lens solution are in stock then the delivery will normally be dispatched the same day. You will be emailed an online tracking link to help locate your package. In Auckland, your contact lenses will normally arrive either that same day or the following day from when the package leaves us. For the rest of New Zealand delivery is usually overnight. For items we do not hold in stock delivery is longer. Delivery times will vary for each product and for different prescriptions.

    Please check the individual product pages for estimated delivery times.

    Sometimes a particular item may have to be back-ordered which may take a bit longer. If your item has to be back-ordered we will notify you with an new estimated delivery time.

  2. Which courier companies do we use

    We use mainly New Zealand Couriers or NZ Post. Courier service levels can vary, so we select which ever courier we feel provides the best service for your delivery route. Overseas orders are sent by New Zealand Post.

  3. Will we deliver to a PO BOX?

    Yes, we use NZ Post to deliver to a PO Box.

  4. Will we deliver to a rural address?

    Yes, there is an additional charge for rural delivery and the goods may take up to an extra 3 days to arrive.

  5. What are the current delivery charges?

    Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and might vary based on your delivery address.
    International prices can also differ for some countries so it's best to check prices during checkout.
    Items shipped outside New Zealand will have GST tax deducted from the item prices not the shipping prices.

  6. Urgent delivery!

    In Auckland only, it may be possible for urgent delivery. You would need to contact us if you require urgent delivery in Auckland. For an additional $40 charge we can use a point to point courier which can make delivery within a few hours. Some customers prefer to pick up or organise their own urgent courier or Uber driver to collect, this is fine also. But please contact us first as this only works if your items are in stock.

  7. Will we deliver outside NZ?

    We can deliver overseas, however an additional delivery charge will apply. It is also possible you may be liable to pay additional import duties or taxes in your own country. Delivery times maybe longer than stated.

Returns

  1. Can I return the goods?

    Any item that you are not happy with for any reason, can be returned within 10 days of receiving the goods. The contact lenses or solutions must reach us in its original condition and in the original packaging which must also be undamaged. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us by courier to our Auckland office.

  2. What if the contact lenses are faulty or sent incorrectly?

    In this case you would need to contact us within 10 days, we would send you a pre-paid courier pack in which you can return the items.
  3. Once I have returned the items do I get a refund or a credit?

    Either is fine. We would either refund you by the same method in which you paid, or apply a credit to your account to use next time you shop with us.
