I have just ordered new contacts from your company and would like to acknowledge the excellent service. My email query was responded to within minutes and my order only took four days to arrive, even... I have been purchasing with I-contacts for a few years now with no hassle at all. Recently I had a slight hiccup with an order and contacted I-contacts via email. I had a response within minutes and... 5 stars Apologies for the delayed response. A BIG THANK YOU! for the exceptional service I received. My contact lenses were out of stock and took longer than anticipated, but thanks to Icontacts... After changing from another web site I found the service excellent, the value equal or better and the delivery quicker. And now I can set up a standard order which is even better! I have been purchasing contacts for 10 years. The service has been exceptional and delivery prompt and if not they notify you. if contacts are not available they will let you know when they are... My contact lenses were a bit late in being delivered which was fine there was constant communication, when I opened the package I found a free pair of lenses.
