Efficient, friendly service. My contacts have arrived on time, and if not in stock, Tony has endeavoured to assist with emergency supplies if I have run low. I am impressed and highly recommend I contacts have continuously provided us with excellent service and advice This is my 2nd order. First time, I urgently needed contacts for a family function that weekend! But my specific lenses took 2 weeks delivery. They offered a free temp pair in the meantime, pickup... Customer service here is so wonderful, very obliging in sorting out my last order when I accidentally clicked an incorrect option, great easy to use website and great communication. Have been a... Wow! I was so impressed with i-contacts service. I initially rang to check that they had my eye-strength in stock for my disposable lenses (I left it to the last minute!). I then placed my order... I ordered my contacts late one night, about 2am ish, and they turned up on my doorstep around 7am !!! That is just awesome !!! Thanks for the fantastic service i-contacts . . .
