This is my 2nd order. First time, I urgently needed contacts for a family function that weekend! But my specific lenses took 2 weeks delivery. They offered a free temp pair in the meantime, pickup... Extremely please with prompt communication and service when ordering contact lenses, a bit of a glitch with my new prescription but quickly fixed.
