My contact lenses were a bit late in being delivered which was fine there was constant communication, when I opened the package I found a free pair of lenses. That is great customer service thank you... Always such fast efficient service. Very reliable and much cheaper than going to the optometrist for my contacts. Would recommend using i-contacts! I contacts have continuously provided us with excellent service and advice I ordered contacts and solution from i-contacts and asked for the contacts to be be delivered in three days. Contacts arrived 2 days later direct from the supplier in Australia. Fantastic service and... Unlike other sites proclaiming to be NZ based, these guys are and got my contacts to me in 2 days, not a month.
