Exceptional service....replied to my enquiry re an order at 10 pm at night....completely unexpected and sorted out my order in a jiffy. Thanks so much! Just received my order today, Tuesday. I live in the South Island and only placed my order on Saturday. I noted URGENT on the delivery instructions. Blown away that they arrived so quickly especially... I am usually apprehensive of online vouchers through GrabOne/GroupOn. The service is usually "crappy" (pardon the French) and real slow. I was kinda wary about getting a similar deal for i-contacts... I have used i-Contact for many years and have always been very happy with their great service. This time however, I needed a super quick turnaround due to some unplanned travel. When what I ordered... Bought two packs of contact lens solution at a saving of over $20 compared to the pharmacy price - ordered on Sunday night and delivered on Monday. It doesn't get better than that! Will definitely be... Extremely please with prompt communication and service when ordering contact lenses, a bit of a glitch with my new prescription but quickly fixed. Highly recommend dealing with this NZ firm. :) As always excellent service.
