The team at i-contacts have gone above and beyond for me twice now when i have needed contact lenses urgently. Their customer service is way above any I have received anywhere and that's what keeps... This is my 2nd order. First time, I urgently needed contacts for a family function that weekend! But my specific lenses took 2 weeks delivery. They offered a free temp pair in the meantime, pickup... I have been ordering from icontacts for a few years now and have always found them pleasant, prompt and competitive in their pricing. Not only are these guys the cheapest I can find, the service is amazing. Before I went out around 10am on Friday I placed an order. I was home around 4pm and my lenses were on the doorstep waiting... I needed contact lenses urgently for my son who was in training at the Royal NZ in Devonport and I ordered online. The lenses arrived promptly as expected and Tony was very helpful and patient in... I live in Pukekohe and have traveled to Birkenhead in order to experience the best possible service I've ever experienced, I could Waffle on and on about my very pleasant experience but be convinced...
